Soft Girl vs Dark Lolita Rivalry is a dress up game where you dress up two characters, one in soft brightly coloured outfits and the other in darker but still cute lolita styled outfits! The soft one has more of sweet casual styled clothes. The dark one have more gothic lolita styled outfits. You start off by putting on makeup on the both of them, then you dress them both up and at the end you get to decorate their rooms to fit their styles!
The game is linear, so you go from one “stage” to the next. Starting off with the makeup for one character, then the makeup for the second character, then clothing section for each of the character and at last there’s the room decorating (also each character separately). You can return to earlier stages and redo them if you want to! On the makeup section of the first character, you must wait for the dialogue to finish on each type of makeup before you can change it again. What I did was pressing each option once initially to have all the dialogue done with, then I could pick everything without delay. You can save your creations at the end of the stages!
