Roiworld was a popular dress up game developer during the flash era. Most games have been lost along with flash (or can still be accessed on websites with plugins that allows flash to still work) but this one game was converted to HTML5! If more games are converted later on, I’ll make sure to post them here if I’ll have permission to. They were really well made with a soft cheerful style. Kind of anime-ish but not quite. But if you played dress up games back in the 2000-2010’s, you’ll recognize this style for sure!
These games were mostly focused on the outfits and not so much on character customization. However there would usually be some customization for the hair at least. The outfits were always very nicely drawn as well.
